There is a huge difference in playing a scripted demo for 30mins six months prior to the game releases, versus inducing the entire game only a few months out from release. Let's say you had the opportunity to play the game in EGX... then quickly forward to Alpha and you also get to play it . You tell me which experience you think will be greater? Not just that, but let's which opinion you believe things more... an opinion about a scripted presentation from six months ago, or an opinion about an Alpha build that's very much reminiscent of this final construct?
Contrefaire The Blasphemer you understand the op was attempting to infer that the game itself at release would be a let down. But again as you said nobody cares. Well to answer plainly, it will not lol. But stop trying to begin long bum arguments over something that can be easily translated through the very first post. He meant the division 2 was underwhelming as a whole, and that's his opinion. Why would such a opinion be given by the op . That is like criticizing the xbox one the month on a video of a person reviewing it after it had been declared. It is just idiotic tbh and your opinions do not alter this.
These are not personal attacks, I was reacted to by you, so I am responding to you. And I never stated his view was wrong, like I explained in my comment. That brief presentation for him was probably terrible, but I would not go around telling as it was only one tiny of a match other people it was underwhelming. That is all I tried to state. And if there was not an NDA, I would be more critical of this game and the edition of the demo I played. You'd then see that I too, irrespective of my own"fanboyism", can be very crucial and objective of the game. You simply jumped right into a conversation for no reason. That is your fault.
The snow gave it a much more intriguing atmosphere, together with the idea of having shootouts in the middle of streets, taking cover cars and seeing the big buildings all around. It had an atmosphere. It felt a little bit like HEAT. It isn't very atmospheric. Shadow of the Tomb Raider was atmospheric in its configurations with sound design. This was not. The color variation is not striking and is inferior. It doesn't have depth.
Also, I'm fine with The Division 2 Credits. If they're inventive. I adore the cyberpunk genre and its aesthetic as correlated with Blade Runner, of a town of terrible weather or snow, but stuffed with dark shadows mixed and contrasted from the highly colored corporate ads and neon signs that call your attention. Division 2 Boosting does color pretty nicely, IMO. Far Cry New Dawn does it really poorly, but the game seems fantastic either way. Metro Exodus retains its identity and atmosphere by producing meticulous environments despite more colour seen, while also having the cold and colorless environments as well, but in beautiful appearances.
